standard flash banner validation

How do you make sure your banner is working, clicks through, and meets specs?

We have a QA process using this Doubleclick tool:

But today it's down, so we're using this:

This is the only one I've seen with a CPU usage test:

Adform:

The Adobe one is good, but requires a login.
